The Trust theme has worked great for us. It's flexible, looks great and in some cases has helped me with writers block.

As someone new to the website design world, this was perfect for us. I needed something that was user friendly for the best use of my time. I am glad we went this route!

A Website Builder That Just Works

We recently built our website using IMPACT’s Trust theme, and I can confidently say it was the right choice. The design is clean and intuitive. No more mismatched fonts, weird spacing, or pages that feel like they belong to different websites. Every module works together to create a clean, cohesive look that instantly elevates our brand. I really love how easy it is to build pages optimized for conversions. You can drop a CTA or form anywhere, so you’re always nudging visitors toward the next step in a way that feels logical instead of used car salesman. And coming from Wix, where “drag and drop” often meant “drag, drop, and pray it stays where you put it,” this theme has been a dream. Although IMPACT had training videos and was always available to answer questions (and they are fantastic to work with!), I found that most things were incredibly intuitive. If you have experience in HubSpot, you’ll likely be able to figure things out without needing to ask too many questions. I feel like we’ve built a website that people actually want to spend time on, not just click around aimlessly before giving up. I can’t wait to play with features like A/B testing, smart controls, and the learning center next. But for now, I’m just enjoying the fact that our site finally looks as good as we always hoped it would. Highly recommend!

Very easy. I've seen other Trust websites, and although the bones are similar, they are each unique to the brand. They were able to match the look we wanted and stay true to our brand.

Straightforward, Comprehensive, Supportive

The theme is really nicely built out. They train you on how to use it and are very supportive and responsive along the way, even far after the initial purchase and setup. It's extensive, so if basic web stuff isn't intuitive to you, it's a lot to take in, but it's not complicated. You just have to spend the time getting to know it. Although there's a lot to it, it really is as good as it gets for plug and play design where you are taking different elements of design and function and plugging them in to where you need them to go. It seems to be best used for website and landing pages, which is great. Might be wishful thinking and it's really just a HubSpot limitation, but I would love to have some of the modules carry over to blogs and emails. Since we're eCommerce heavy, we don't use HubSpot for our main website, only blog and landing pages. So we miss out on using all of the TRUST theme to it's max. Overall, it's really an indispensable tool for those that need a good looking site and can't/don't want to pay a developer to be actively managing and designing all the functionality. It's clean, well thought out, and works. Impact is great to work with, too. Very supportive team of people.

As easy as I can ask it to be, for how much function and design is included.

The theme is very well executed, looks clean, works well, and is easy to customize. It's the closest I've ever felt to having a high end, custom built site without having a high end, custom built site.

I wish some of the theme's modules and design elements were available throughout other parts of HubSpot, like email and blog posts. That would tie the entire presentation together so well. But with email specifically, I'm "stuck" with all the off-the-shelf HubSpot templates and tools, which isn't exactly a bad thing with how much they have built in. It's just not tied into the TRUST theme very much.

Trust theme is pretty awesome!

We are using the trust theme for our website. I don't have much experience with web design so it's all a bit much for me, but the theme does what I need it to do. I'd say for someone not comfortable in this area its a bit much, but as I learn all the features it gets easier and easier.

There are so many ways to customize our page. Almost any idea we have can be done through this theme.

Lots of options, user friendly.

Sometimes I get lost in it. Don't think that's the program's fault, it's just not my strong point.

Excellent product

I like the theme and find it aligns well with the They Ask You Answer principles. It is well put together and has been very helpful in helping me organize my content to speak to the website user's needs.

It took a few minutes to get familiar with HubSpot's features, but I am not a web designer and I found it pretty easy.

I am most excited about it following the TAYA framework and providing guidelines for each section of the website. When I compare it to the Impact Marketing website, it literally follows the exact same framework and if it works for them, it certainly shortcuts the amount of time, effort, and money I have to invest testing various web design strategies.

I wish it took a lot less time tweaking various aspects of the website. In reality, this part of the experience is not any different compared to using WordPress, Wix, etc. As with anything else, to create an exceptional website, it will take attention to detail and quite a bit of time.

An Incredible Opportunity for Life-Long Lessons!

Working with the entire IMPACT team has been such an incredible privilege that I've enjoyed every second of! They've always been available for any question of every magnitude and importance, and if they didn't have an answer readily available, they found one. Everyone treated my inquiries with patience, even if I felt silly asking. The skills I've learned during my time working with IMPACT will be used both professionally and personally.

Incredibly easy, especially with the step-by-step instructions provided by my team (Janet and Naren primarily) and the walk-through videos.

Super user-friendly and intuitive for the viewer, as well as for my team (outside of IMPACT) on the backend.

I think it would be awesome to have more templates, but what is already available to us is great and more than adequately meets our needs.
