The case adjustments available are:

A good product
Its very easy to use, set and forget. For the price its a no brainer. Not sure how we would do this without this tool
We are using this tool to ensure title case is correct for all contacts
it saves a lot of time and improves our data
Some of our companies use a different case in their company name ie NEW co, rather than New co. i don't see a way for it to stop resetting the title case correctly for some companies.

Super valuable tool at a super reasonable price
It has simplified our data cleanup processes immensely and its still way less costly for this functionality than Ops Hub from what I understand.
