Functies

Command Center

ChurnZero gives your customer success team a single view of daily tasks, with detailed reporting on your book of business including customer trends and product usage. It’s more than a dashboard: you can log tasks, view milestones and alerts that demand your team’s attention, and get reports on critical customer issues.

Customer Health Scores

ChurnZero’s health scores (Churn Scores) measure and monitor the health of your customer accounts using the metrics you choose. You can score a customers’ likelihood to renew or churn based on their engagement level, behavior, risks and concerns, and other factors, and intervene proactively instead of reacting to surprise churn.

Journeys

Journeys are interactive paths that guide customers from start to goal, tracking progress against a timeline. With automation, progress tracking, and conditional logic, journeys are scalable and customizable. CS teams can send customers through journeys automatically, with CSMs notified and ready to guide accounts without extra manual effort.

Playbooks

HubSpot also pushes custom objects to ChurnZero Custom Tables. Integration Requirements: The customer fills out a questionnaire with configuration details, then authorizes access via the ChurnZero configuration page and the ChurnZero team handles initial implementation. You can manage the settings of your integration once you are live. The default sync interval is every 15 minutes.

Good, consistent, synchronization

The ChurnZero to HubSpot integration is good and reliable. We count on it to keep customer, contact, and deal information up to date with bi-directional syncs happening every few minutes.

Wat vind je goed?

Allows sales teams to use HubSpot and CS teams to use ChurnZero to share data in the best environment for them.

Wat vind je niet goed?

- When there are sync errors, it's difficult to find them and figure out what's wrong - While custom HubSpot objects sync to CZ fine, can't edit in CZ or open the object in HubSpot
