Teleurstellende integratie met ontbrekende functies - HubSpot's gratis scanner werkt veel beter
Ik heb mijn hihello integratie al geannuleerd omdat ik me realiseerde dat HubSpot hun eigen gratis visitekaartscanner heeft die beter werkt dan de hihello scanner.
hihello heeft een scanner voor visitekaartjes en een optie voor digitale visitekaartjes, wat HubSpot niet heeft.
Hihello-integratie werkte niet meteen. Ik moest met de Hihello-klantenservice werken om het opgelost te krijgen. Toen het eenmaal opgelost was, realiseerde ik me dat het adres op het visitekaartje niet wordt overgezet naar HubSpot en dat er maar één telefoonnummer wordt overgezet als het visitekaartje wordt gescand.
