Game-Changing HubSpot begeleiding en CRM opschoning

De samenwerking met Alex in de afgelopen drie weken heeft de manier waarop ik HubSpot gebruik volledig veranderd. Ik begon als een echte beginner en in een ongelooflijk korte tijd heeft hij me geholpen om een zelfverzekerde en competente gebruiker van het platform te worden. Zijn vermogen om duidelijk, geduldig en praktisch les te geven is van onschatbare waarde geweest. Alex is een absolute CRM-goeroe geweest voor ons team. Hij heeft niet alleen onze contactpersonen en dashboards opgeschoond en gestroomlijnd, maar ook onze gegevens geherstructureerd op een manier die intuïtief en betrouwbaar is en gemakkelijk te gebruiken door meerdere teams. HubSpot voelt nu als een echt krachtige en nuttige tool in plaats van iets waar we alleen maar "mee rond kwamen". Zijn expertise, aandacht voor detail en gezamenlijke aanpak hebben een enorme impact gehad op onze activiteiten. Alex is geweldig

We hebben het afgelopen jaar met een aantal consultants gewerkt. Alex is de beste. Hij heeft ongelooflijk veel kennis, maar wat nog belangrijker is, hij is georganiseerd, procesgedreven en een geweldige communicator. Het combineren van technische bekwaamheid met sterke communicatieve vaardigheden is een zeldzame prestatie.

AMAZING EXPERIENCE WITH ANTICIPATED DIGITAL

I can't say enough good things about Alex and Anticipated Digital. As a startup and solopreneur, I had the goal of launching our B2B website with Woocommerce/Wordpress while also implementing everything through the HubSpot CRM to help with automation. Alex did that and more! He did amazing work, executed a beautiful website build and consulted me the entire way throughout the process. He was also very communicative the entire duration of the project. Within the first week of our website launch, we were already bringing in sales. Would definitely recommend AD for any company size!

Horrible Experience, almost tanked our business.

We hired Alex via Upwork as a HubSpot consultant, initially. That relationship quickly turned into conversations about the existing website we had, and how terrible it was. Alex insisted he could solve the problems with the website very quickly, but we would have to switch over hosting to him and fire our prior web dev guy to do so. We had no choice (per Alex) but to use him to fix the website issues. We switched hosting over to Auden Digital/Anticipated Digital and went into what was supposed to be a 4 week process paying him weekly until the website was back in working order. To our detriment, Alex never completed the work, and he drug out the entire process. During this time, Alex was to be working for us at least 40 hours a week and he insured he would get the work done quickly, as we all knew we could not incur that weekly cost on a long-term basis. Never at any time did Alex show up to work as planned, never a full 8 hour day was spent with us but we continued to put our hope in the work he was slowly doing, as we were already tens of thousands into this project alone. At the end of the relationship, he dropped the ball in major ways to include: sending out marketing emails that didn't work properly, missing any and all deadlines on completed website/Hubspot work before major influencers dropped content marketing videos to push sales, and repeatedly blaming his lack of work on the Florida weather. We have had to hire a new web dev team, a new marketing manager, and a new sales manager to fix the issues Alex caused with our website and our sales channels. Upon switching the hosting to our new web dev team, Alex invoiced us for $12k more than we had already paid him. We informed Alex we would not be paying $12k MORE for a job undone and he threatened to hold our website hostage until we paid all he was claiming that was owed. Unknown to us, Alex had integrated code into the back end of our website to allow him to manipulate the website for some time after the hosing switch happened. He immediately went to work disparaging us to our vendors, and at the same time, highjacked our website with the code he had installed, which ceased all sales until our new web dev team could figure out what he was doing. Alex single-handedly killed all traction we have made in our marketing channels over the past 6 years and I do not recommend him nor his companies to anybody! We will be suing him if anyone can find him.

If customer service was a person

We've worked with Anticipated Digital on several projects. They are extremely knowledgeable and detail-oriented. Alex specifically provides exceptional customer service. I'm comfortable asking him anything. He's polite and with each project, I feel like I'm in good hands. He is very attentive and a great listener. He's always very honest about what can or cannot be done to assure my expectations align with his capabilities or promise. We are really grateful to have Auden Digital as team members. I highly recommend them!

They've recently rebranded from Auden Digital to Anticipated Digital to hide from their terrible 2.2-star reviews on Google. They'll take your money, deliver late (if ever), and disappear. Look elsewhere, you've been warned.

Great experience with a quality developer

We worked with Alex on a custom API integration, and he was very knowledgeable and thorough, and quite generous with his time, going beyond our expectations in helping us diagnose and ultimately bypass a tricky integration problem. We would certainly put him and his team at the top of our list to consult for future API work!
