We came to them with a large project—migrating a Salesforce/Pardot installation that's now over 1.4 contacts—and I simply couldn't see it working well with another vendor. My team was in need of a new CRM software and after having less than ideal experiences with previous systems, we were nervous about transitioning again. Brian and Elsa put our worries at ease and were with us every step of the way! After deciding to use HubSpot, we needed to maintain an accelerated timeline for getting set up with our new CRM software. Brian and Elsa were able to easily adapt to our needs and the quickness of making sure everything was completed in a timely manner. Not only did they explain things in a clear and concise manner, they also were flexible with our meeting schedule. Both were quick to respond to email questions and needs and once our migration was finished they made sure we were adequately trained in areas that we’d use most.
