Uitstekende ondersteuning bij het opschonen en beheren van gegevens

CEUX bood uitstekende ondersteuning bij het opschonen en beheren van onze gegevens. Ze hebben ons geholpen om een meer gestructureerd en betrouwbaar systeem op te zetten, waardoor het veel gemakkelijker is om de kwaliteit van de gegevens te handhaven. Hun expertise en aanpak hebben echt een verschil gemaakt.

Uitstekende HubSpot Training Ervaring

Ons verkoopteam bij Event Pilots heeft onlangs twee HubSpot-trainingssessies van 2,5 uur gevolgd met Mart Looms van Cuex, die ons was aanbevolen door HubSpot. De ervaring was uitstekend. Mart is zeer professioneel, heeft ongelooflijk veel kennis en legt alles duidelijk en zelfverzekerd uit. Hij beantwoordde elke vraag - technisch of strategisch - zonder aarzeling. Tijdens beide sessies hielp hij ons ons volledige verkoopproces in HubSpot in kaart te brengen en te structureren, onze pijplijnen op te zetten, automatiseringsmogelijkheden te bespreken en de juiste dashboards en KPI's voor ons team te definiëren. Zijn begeleiding was praktisch, hands-on en toegesneden op hoe wij daadwerkelijk werken, inclusief onze opzet met Teamleader Orbit. We bevelen Mart en Cuex van harte aan bij elk team dat HubSpot op een slimme, efficiënte en best-practice manier wil implementeren of optimaliseren.

Ik kan CUEX ten zeerste aanbevelen als HubSpot Partner. Ze bieden logische oplossingen voor grootschalige projecten, zoals het maken van een aangepaste offertebuilder voor onze complexe kapitaalgoederen, evenals voortdurende ondersteuning voor het verbeteren van onze outbound marketing. Ze zijn een geweldig bureau om mee samen te werken; ze bieden inzicht op hoog niveau en technische ondersteuning naast creatieve input voor aspecten zoals landingspaginasjablonen. Vooral onze accountmanager Katie is een plezier om mee samen te werken en we zijn haar altijd dankbaar voor haar ondersteuning.

Snel en vakkundig geholpen

We werken al een paar jaar met HubSpot en willen onze nieuwe website ook hierin hebben. Cuex heeft ons grafisch ontwerp snel en vakkundig omgezet in templates. Ze dachten gedurende het hele proces ook mee met nieuwe inzichten en kwamen met passende oplossingen of goed advies. Aangezien wij zelf ook technisch aardig onderlegd zijn, hebben ze voor ons een goede basis gelegd om zelf verder op door te gaan.

Great Support and Effective Problem-Solving

CuEx assisted our organization with the HubSpot onboarding process, and their approach—particularly Levi’s—was pragmatic, efficient, and a pleasure to work with. As someone who has never worked with HubSpot, Alex has been an amazing guide in helping me advance my knowledge base and skill set. My colleagues who have had past experience in HubSpot have now come to me for assistance. I really enjoyed how Alex took the time to hear my thought process rather than simply telling me what to do. This guidance tactic meant I could learn quickly and understand the logic rather than just doing what someone says. He is great at pointing me in the correct direction rather than spoon-feeding me. Alex can get into the different mindsets of the different positions within our team, meaning he can give specific and relevant advice and solutions. No matter the question or problem raised, he thinks about it from absolutely every angle, leaving no stone unturned, which we really appreciate. He is fast, clear and reliable. We really enjoy working with Alex.

Excellent Migration and top-notch support

CUEX has stood out throughout the process by being patient, understanding, and proactive with us. Guus took his time to understand our issues and concerns and provide a solution that would work for us. Since we started, the team has been quick to respond, has showcased their deep understanding of the systems, and has been happy to provide us with the assistance we needed. We had really specific and detailed requests, and they extended their services to help us overcome them and provided advice on the topics we might have otherwise missed. There were a few bumps here and there, especially in the early stage of establishing comms, but this was quickly resolved. And if you take away anything from this review - keep this in mind, as it is essential.

Pleasant approach

I had worked with Cuex in the past and came to know their staff members as efficient and to the point. When I now needed help with some specific reporting and user questions, they helped me out in a tailored session which was, again, efficient and addressed all my points. I have no doubt recommending Cheryl and her team at Cuex!
