Frend and their employees are such a serviceminded, professional, and straight up great bunch of people. We have been working with Frend for nearly 2 years, and they never let us down. They are helping us develop, pitching us good ideas to grow, and are always on time. Not a bad word to say about them at all. Big love from team ecom at Holzweiler.

Great collaboration!

Nice structured and efficient people to work with, they are very good at project managing, guiding, and finding the best possible solution for you. We see a good effect of using HubSpot. Better customer experience, more efficient, good reports which we can use to get to know our customers better and see their needs. We moved our newsletter from Mailchimp to HubSpot and are really happy with the results, we went from 16 000 subscribers up to 27 000 in just a few weeks. The newsletter reports give us a great amount of knowledge of what we can do better and more about customer behavior.

Frend var profesjonelle og ryddig fra dag en vi hadde møter sammen om CRM. De hadde et godt pedagogisk system for opplæring ,konfigurering og systematisk steg for steg. Prosessen gikk smertefritt og de har veldig god kompetanse på HubSpot. Vi anbefaler Frend som en meget kompetent og ryddig IT partner.
