Ik heb samengewerkt met Primo Coding voor de lancering van een website en ik had een naadloze ervaring. Het is niet altijd makkelijk om een sterke HubSpot ontwikkelaar te vinden, maar dit team weet precies wat ze doen. Ze waren een fenomenale partner en hielpen me een schaalbare website te bouwen in HubSpot met behulp van drag-and-drop modules en eenvoudig te gebruiken sjablonen die niet alleen eenvoudig te gebruiken zijn aan de achterkant, maar in alle opzichten schaalbaar zijn. Tussen de samenwerking, de geweldige ideeën en de algehele uitvoering van het project, weet ik dat ik altijd kan rekenen op Primo Coding om mijn visie tot leven te brengen. Ik zal in de toekomst zeker weer met ze samenwerken!

Een echte partner

We werken al een aantal jaar samen met Primo, maar onze recente volledige website revisie heeft de diepte van hun expertise en ondersteuning echt duidelijk gemaakt. Vanaf het eerste concept tot en met de succesvolle lancering heeft het Primo-team een cruciale rol gespeeld bij het tot leven brengen van onze visie. Elk idee, elke functionaliteit en elke pagina werd met zorg, intentie en tijdigheid uitgevoerd. Ze werkten ook naadloos samen met onze interne partners om ervoor te zorgen dat alle systemen goed geïntegreerd waren en functioneerden zoals bedoeld. Ik kan niet genoeg zeggen over Dawn en Lucas en de toewijding die ze aan dit project hebben gegeven. Hun ondersteuning, reactiesnelheid en aandacht voor details zorgden ervoor dat een complex proces soepel en beheersbaar verliep. Zonder hen hadden we dit eenvoudigweg niet kunnen doen. We zijn ongelofelijk dankbaar voor hun samenwerking, blij met hoe mooi onze nieuwe site eruit ziet en we kijken ernaar uit om te blijven samenwerken.

Het werken met Primo is een uitstekende ervaring geweest, vooral het werken met Sam Marks. We krijgen alle ondersteuning die we nodig hebben, van deskundige begeleiding tot het direct helpen om iets soepel te laten verlopen in ons CRM. Ik werk nu al 3 jaar met Primo en ik ben nog nooit teleurgesteld. Ik waardeer ook hun communicatie -- als ze niet meteen een antwoord hebben, vinden ze er een en geven ze het binnen de beloofde tijd. Een echte aanrader voor alle HubSpot ondersteuningsbehoeften.

Geweldig werk met het updaten van mijn website

Drag & Drop template design

Primo Coding provided excellent development services for taking our HTML template designs and turning them into flexible Drag and Drop templates in HubSpot for all of our email marketing designs. Dawn is a top-notch expert who was able to deliver on things other HubSpot partners said could not be done, like using our custom fonts IN Drag & Drop (with a few small limitations). Projects were delivered on-time and on budget. Primo was able to turn around the modules quickly and handled troubleshooting for issues like dark mode rendering with ease. You can trust their knowledge. Dawn has years of experience handling complex issues in HubSpot and knows how to simplify projects for end-users. She is a no nonsense expert and just gets it done! We only used a fraction of the capabilities Primo Coding offers but are moving on to working on smart content with them next. I highly recommend Primo Coding.

Outstanding Service and Expertise from Primo Coding!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Primo Coding to rebuild a module for our website’s team page, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Dawn and the team were incredibly quick, responsive, and helpful throughout the entire process. They integrated a HubDB table, making it much easier for us to update the team page going forward. The process was seamless, and I was especially impressed with how quickly they completed the project. I was able to update one page without affecting the rest of the website, which saved us a lot of time and effort. The new system is intuitive, and updating the team page now takes a fraction of the time it did before. Dawn was always there to answer any questions, and her guidance made the entire experience stress-free.

Pipeline and Workflow Enablement in HubSpot

This was the second time I've reached out to primoCoding for HubSpot support. The first time was to set up our CRM in HubSpot and provide training. This most recent time was to help us set up and learn about capturing leads from our website and managing them through a HubSpot workflow. This work also included creating a custom API between HubSpot and our grant management system, Submittable. From start to project completion, primoCoding listened well and was able to create the processes and API successfully and on time. They then walked us through everything they'd created and coached us on how to use it. Plus, they created video tutorials along the way to reinforce our learning and provide a resource to go back to as needed. They provide a value add service and HubSpot expertise. I'll call them again for the next project.
