Patient, thorough and efficient!

Looking for help to implement HubSpot in your company? Look no further! Profound North is your partner! I had the great pleasure of having Kevin and Kristoffer from ProfoundNorth help implement HubSpot as our new CRM system. We're a start-up and we we're onboarding first 3 employees and then another 3 employees, and from transferring our own basic CRM system to a professional system like HubSpot, Kevin and Kristoffer were extremely competent, patient and effective. When introducing HubSpot to the team, they went through features that we are not in need of right now, which was a tad demotivating to a few team members (while I fully understand why they did it, to ensure that we knew HubSpot "360" degrees around) so maybe answering questions in this setting (rather than following an onboarding "script" could be helpful to other customers they help in the future. But this doesn't change the fact that Kevin and Kristoffer went out of their way to ensure that we were fully onboarded and happy. HubSpot Onboarding and much more. Moving from our existing database to HubSpot

We partnered with Profound North to help us with our HubSpot onboarding, focusing on both the Sales Hub and Marketing Hub. Our initial challenge was migrating years' worth of data from our existing database, which felt like a massive task. Profound North not only handled this efficiently, but also ensured that every piece of data was correctly mapped and organized with the appropriate properties on the right objects in HubSpot. Their expertise in creating a well-structured CRM, and integrating it with our sales and marketing processes has been invaluable. What really stood out was their ability to take a complex task and simplify it for us while providing ongoing support throughout the process. We’ve seen great improvements in our workflow and data management, and the entire team has benefitted. Also as a general tip, making efficient workflows can be complex. Getting help and sparring with this is key.
