Awesome onboarding! Definitely recommend doing your onboarding with them!

Valarie was super helpful and incredibly knowledgeable. I have admin'd HubSpot in the past and so I was leery of doing an onboarding. At my last job, the onboarding did not prove to be of much value to me. This was well worth it, for sure. Not only did Valarie show me some nice automation tricks, she was also very proactive in suggesting things that will help out our implementation as we transition from Salesforce. It was not a case of a canned onboarding, either. I had already taken care of much of the data import and integrations so she jumped right into some more advanced tips and tricks and best practices. Couldn't be happier with how the onboard went!

Quality Onboarding

Stratagon assisted us with onboarding HubSpot, assessing our needs, and giving direction tailored to our areas of focus. The overview on email templates (marketing & sales), setting up pipelines, and best use of properties etc, was advantageous. It is very reassuring knowing we are getting started correctly!

We worked with Stratagon on a HubSpot implementation and Salesforce Integration project. We had complicated data and somewhat complex needs, and we were implementing HubSpot for use by a team of one. Needless to say, our support needs were extensive. There's no way we would have been as successful in migrating our marketing processes without Stratagon. They really empowered our team to jump in, and they were extremely helpful with the more technical steps that we did not have the expertise to accomplish. They were also transparent about cost and hours and extremely kind and lovely to work with. We're already formulating ways to engage with them for new projects.

We werkten samen met Stratagon om ons te helpen met een HubSpot-installatie en om ons aan de slag te helpen met sjablonen en processen voor marketing- en transactie-e-mails. Ze gingen verder dan dat om ons klaar te stomen voor de implementatie, inclusief het trainen van het hele marketingteam. Omdat we een non-profit organisatie zijn, werkten ze met ons samen om zoveel mogelijk waarde voor onze dollar te krijgen (ik denk dat ze ongelooflijk genereus waren) en overtroffen ze alle verwachtingen. Ze zijn een interessante organisatie omdat ze traditionele accountmanagers hebben, maar we hadden altijd het gevoel dat het hele bedrijf alleen voor ons werkte en meerdere mensen namen regelmatig contact met ons op om ervoor te zorgen dat alles op schema lag. Ik zou Stratagon ten zeerste aanbevelen en ik hoop dat we de kans krijgen om met hen samen te werken aan toekomstige projecten.

Stratagon is een geweldig bureau, zeer klantgericht en altijd bereid om te helpen, om je verzoek en je ervaring beter te begrijpen. Ik werk sinds 2015 met ze en ik ben nog nooit teleurgesteld.
