Ik heb met SyncMatters samengewerkt aan een aantal verschillende migratieprojecten naar HubSpot en hun team is professioneel, vriendelijk en deskundig. Ze helpen graag bij problemen die zich voordoen bij migraties en reageren snel. Speciale dank aan Natalia, Lucy en Scot! Een echte aanrader, vooral als je activiteiten wilt migreren naar HubSpot, wat lastig kan zijn om handmatig te doen.

HubSpot naar HubSpot - naadloos + ongelooflijke ondersteuning

We moesten een oud HubSpot account migreren naar een bestaand HubSpot account en er is geen manier om dit binnen HubSpot zelf te doen. En je kunt geen handmatige export/import doen omdat niet alle objecten - bijvoorbeeld e-mails - exporteerbaar zijn. Dus als je een uitgebreide like-for-like export wilt, moet je een migratieservice zoals deze gebruiken. Nadat ik met een paar opties had geëxperimenteerd en veel recensies had gelezen, koos ik voor SyncMatters. Het was eenvoudig te gebruiken, met ongelooflijk configureerbare mappingopties en, het allerbelangrijkste, ondersteuning van wereldklasse. Echt ongelooflijk. Het leek niet uit te maken hoe laat het was, er stond altijd iemand klaar om te helpen. En in tegenstelling tot andere ondersteuningsfuncties waren de ondersteuningsmedewerkers allemaal echte experts die problemen konden diagnosticeren, advies, antwoorden en technische oplossingen konden bieden en zelfs de controle konden overnemen en handelingen voor je konden uitvoeren. Ik was ongelooflijk onder de indruk. En na een probleem waarbij onze oude database nog steeds per ongeluk werd bijgewerkt, hielp SyncMatters ons dat probleem binnen een paar minuten op te lossen. En als klap op de vuurpijl krijg je ongelooflijk veel waar voor je geld. Hoewel deze functionaliteit in HubSpot ingebouwd zou moeten zijn, is dat niet zo, dus ik zou dit 100% aanbevelen als oplossing.

Grote SFDC -> HS migratie-ervaring

Het team van SyncMatters waarmee ik heb samengewerkt was fantastisch! Ze hielpen me met het succesvol migreren van een complexe SFDC instance naar HS binnen een zeer strak tijdschema (~3 weken), terwijl ze deskundige begeleiding en best practices advies gaven om onze nieuwe CRM build te vereenvoudigen en te stroomlijnen. Ik hoop dat ik nooit meer CRM's hoef te migreren - maar als dat wel zo is, dan zal het met SyncMatters gebeuren.

The best import support I ever experienced. Salesforce to HubSpot!

Before we chose to change our CRM system from Zoho CRM to Salesforce, our company had only experienced unprofessional import consultants, both from third-party companies and from Salesforce directly. I had to work through everything myself and needed to understand the entire process of migrating data from CSV to Salesforce. The most difficult part was importing notes and tasks, along with the corresponding created dates and responsible users. As a result, we lost a lot of data, and no one could replicate it for us. After six months, we canceled our contract because we realized that Salesforce is not a smart CRM solution and that its development state is stuck in 2010. We then conducted our research and figured out that HubSpot is currently the best scalable sales solution, featuring smart functionalities and numerous API interfaces compared to other options on the market. When I knew I had to face another data import, I was already afraid it would not end well or would become too complex. Then came Syncmatters. Everything was easy to configure; the mapping was smart and totally logical. They even offered a free sample migration. But the best part of all was their support. I mostly worked with Lucy, who helped me even late at night. Even after we had paid for our import, I realized that some data hadn't been mapped correctly. She took action and corrected everything for us in the background—for free. I didn't need to do anything else because she handled everything. Honestly, this was the best support experience I have ever had in changing and migrating systems, and their approach was very honest and helpful. Custom migration from a non-standard CRM

We worked with TruJay on migrating from a niche CRM that no one we spoke to at HubSpot had heard of, and for which none of the DIY migration tools had ever heard of (it's Maximizer CRM to anyone in the future googling for solutions to no avail). Trujay was able to do a custom migration and get all of our data over cleanly and on time, and our project manager Lucy was particularly great to work with - she's responsive, helpful, and knowledgeable.
