Easy Import from HubSpot
This lets you import data from your HubSpot account automatically into Bigin in a single-click. This saves you from the hassle of manually exporting data from your HubSpot account and importing them into each of the Bigin modules separately.

Get a detailed summary of your import
All of your companies, contacts, deals, notes, tasks, calls and meetings from your HubSpot account are automatically transferred to your Bigin account. You can view a detailed summary of how many records have been successfully imported or skipped from the Import History.

Undo Import
You can also undo the import to remove all the records that were imported from HubSpot.

Basic CRM Features Work But WhatsApp Integration Needs Major Improvement
Overall, Bigin has all the CRM features we need
It offers the possibility to evolve into something more robust
The sync with whatsapp (allowing whatsapp tracking) is poor (not intuitive, not convenient) and awfully expensive.

Better than I would expect but worse than I'd prefer
A lot of info moved between the applications, but a lot of information was not synced across, meaning we lose significant history due to an incomplete integration. I understand why HS would do this, they don't want to make losing customers too easy.
We are trying to switch from HubSpot to ZOHO
Easy to setup, reasonably fast to complete the sync/
Many fields, and all interconnected data, is not synced.
