Great tool
Huge improvement in our integration between salesforce and HubSpot because of the ability to map relevant custom objects from within SFDC.
Allowed our team to easily map a custom object from SFDC to our HubSpot instance without the need to code anything

Poor experience & tool is broken
Very poor customer service. Takes days to respond and then ghost you and never reply. Tool is broken and would not work and support is non exhistant. After almost two weeks of waiting we gave up.
