Necessary Tool - Functionality Could Improve
It's a great tool to have, but it is annoying functionally. Constantly having to reopen it, and it takes up so much space on the email writing screen. Lately, it has also been laggy when starting a new email, so I start typing, and by the time it connects my contact, it drops my email to the bottom and I have to scroll back up. Needs work.
It's great to have emails be logged to my HubSpot deals and tickets. It's wonderful to have access to all of my templates and sequences in Outlook.
Amount of space it takes up on the email writing screen. Lag when connecting my contact to the email - interrupts my typing once it adds the BCC contact.
