Great app but need help with call logging settings - voicemails being marked as connected calls instead of proper categorization

Great solution when changing provider is not an option
It works fine. The integration sync with HubSpot calls info and recordings. The UX for getting the contact info at app is not the best, but it works. This is a softphone with own infrastructure. The softphone connects to Ringotel servers and Ringotel servers to your PBX (multiple PBX supported). Latency not increased and good audio quality.
We were looking for a fast solution to sync calls. We avoid changing provider.
No need to change phone provider. Multiple provider supported.
UX at app. The user need some training to figure how to get the info from HubSpot.
