Integration breaks chat formatting and support won't fix the issue despite multiple contacts

To use the integration, all chat formatting is lost. Only the middle of the chat shows so we have to look back at the original email

We understand your frustration and will continue working with you to improve your experience with us. Concerning your review, we did want to provide clarity on the support we’ve offered you. On November 20, you emailed our support team acknowledging a great conversation we had with you, along with requesting updates to your sales script to optimize your outreach campaign. Our support team made the updates to your script and shared it with you for your review and approval. Once you approved the changes, our support team confirmed the updates were made to your account on November 21. We reached out on November 22 to reiterate that the updates were active and could be seen in your client dashboard. You emailed in response thanking us for making the updates. On November 23, you scheduled and held a call with our support team where you discussed ironing out details with your account and future outreach. On December 4, you discussed with our team via email about adding new leads to your campaign and the details needed ahead of upload. Once we received the provided information, we reviewed it internally before making additional outbound calls. On December 6, during your call with our support team, you discussed pausing any additional outreach calls in December and continuing them in January 2024. We confirmed that we’d adjust the outreach timeline to fit the needs of your business. On December 7, we emailed you about invalid numbers and duplicates in the new batch of leads you provided us. We needed accurate lead data to proceed with the January campaign. You did not respond to this message. We followed up multiple times on this before hearing back from you. We’d like to continue working with you to improve your experience with us — but it does require collaboration on your part, too. Let’s work together to make this right.
