Smooth and effective HubSpot Onboarding

Andrew Chao Daongam provided excellent support and guidance during our onboarding to HubSpot. His high level of knowledge was impressive and his training style worked well for our team. We came to each session with a laundry list of diverse questions and problems to solve, and he tackled them all with ease and on the rare occassion when he didn't have an immediate answer, he got back to us with a solution. Andrew really seemed to understand where we were in our CRM journey and tailored the training accordingly. We will miss our weekly sessions and having that direct line of support, but he has trained us well so we feel ready for the next phase of our CRM journey.

A Smooth Transition to HubSpot

Andrew was fantastic to work with during our HubSpot Marketing onboarding. This is the third marketing automation platform we’ve implemented as a company, and he did a great job translating concepts from previous we used so it was easier to understand HubSpot’s “language” and approach. He took the time to answer all of my questions, clearly explain the platform’s features, and guide us on best practices to ensure we were building our HubSpot instance for long-term success. Andrew was also very inquisitive about how we plan to use certain features so he could provide the most relevant recommendations and apply those insights to help other clients be successful as well. Overall, it was a great experience working with Andrew, and I’d highly recommend him to anyone getting started with HubSpot.

Capable, knowledgeable, and clear onboarding experience

Andrew Daongam was extremely helpful in helping our team start up and implement all the features available in HubSpot Marketing and Sales. The setup isn't the most intuitive at times, and coming from Salesforce, he was able to navigate us through the requirements and troubleshoot advanced features related to pixel tracking, script implementation, and CRM automations. Made us quite happy to know we're putting our investment to work and using all the features we're paying for. Thanks!
