Absolutely LOVE working with Erabond!

We have absolutely loved working with the Erabond team - Kevin, Cameron, & Saxon are all incredible at what they do. Kevin built our entire CRM from scratch when we first started our company and he did so on an incredibly crunched time deadline (less than 2 weeks). We have been working with them for almost four years now and they are super responsive, very skilled inside (and outside) of HubSpot, and have helped us grow our business immensely. We would not be in the place we are today without their knowledge and hard-work! Would recommend Erabond 100 out of 10 times!!

Unhappy with the experience - make sure they have a plan in place and don't work with the Owner

Did not have a great experience, wish I could go back and pick a different vendor. I worked with two employees (sales rep and service rep), then the service rep left half way through. The sales rep (Eli) was great as well and was trying to build a recurring relationship of services. Then I was moved to work with the owner, the owner told me to only contact him going forward and not Eli. Working with the owner (Kevin) was not great. He was not up to date on what needed to be done and was rushing through the process to get it done (almost like because he was operating at a los with the change of staff). His videos he sent were rushed and he's speaking rapidly. Every time he would do a task, I would have to spend all this time checking his work because there was many errors. The whole thing was put on me and he did not express any interest in recurring services like Eli did. It's almost like 3/4 of my house was built and now I need to find a new company to fix the issues. I invite them to fix what they set up,, because I walk away feeling like I was ripped off.
