They created a very basic website after charging us a huge amount of money, did not deliver on the items they promised, and used up the budget on things that were not relevant to our business. At a deeper, level I don't think they understood our business or needs. We were left with a very unprofessional impression after we had finished paying and they did not deliver pending items. The service was not even close to the level I would expect from a HubSpot partner.

We are nearing the launch of our newly-integrated website, a combination of multiple existing sites being thread together into one intelligently-designed experience that suits our numerous audiences. In addition to deploying our revamped educational content library, we are also migrating an existing "membership-only" website into a new private content profile, which is designed to incorporate all of our stakeholders into one simple portal which leverages Smart Content and a series of complex CRM logic-based automations. Via the expertise of Chris Mathieu, the New Breed team has built an incredibly slick portal which allows for simple user interface for our team, but sophisticated segmentation and personalization on the backend. This was not an "out-of-the-box" solution by any stretch. What Chris built for us combines the ability to translate cross-CRM platform data into logic-driven, real-time updates for our users, alongside nuanced compliance requirements and a many-handed operational workflow of individuals across our team. Not only did this project challenge and innovate the capabilities of HubSpot development, but it has broadly expanded sales enablement possibilities for our team, and opened the door to create custom white-labeled experiences for our most important clients.
