Not only was Shae extremely knowledgeable in guiding our onboarding, but she was also personable and patient, too. She fielded so many questions, always had an answer or suggestion, and made the process doable rather than daunting.

Shae Was Great!

Shae was our onboarding specialist for HubSpot CRM. She is very knowledgeable of the platform and was able to customize our set up to our business model. She took the time to learn about our business so that she could recommend the best setup to meet our needs. She was timely, and her after-meeting recaps were very helpful.

Great customization skills

We have some very simple but complex needs for reporting and workflows that Pearagon was able to put together for us. We also had them help us with some SEO improvements that required a programmer.
