Brilliant support

The team have been incredibly supportive and helpful from the start of the CRM implementation and throughout the ongoing support period. With no previous HubSpot experience, the team have always been there to assist with any difficulties we've had and to build on our knowledge so we can make the best use of the system and associated tools moving forward. Six & Flow have been a dream to work with

From the point of enquiry and scoping out the services we needed, through to strategy sessions, delivery, and post-project review, the Six & Flow team have been fantastic. Courteous, strategically effective, and technically knowledgeable. We have now successfully migrated from Salesforce to HubSpot, bringing 15 years of data with us. It's all cleaner, more useful, and the setup of HubSpot that Six and Flow led has already accelerated our sales, marketing, and BD processes significantly. Great support migrating to HubSpot

Six and Flow were invaluable helping us migrate to HubSpot CRM. The project came with many challenges as we attempted to connect old systems with new, but the team at Six and Flow found solutions each time. Thanks to their knowledge and support, we now have a HubSpot CRM platform that is effectively integrated with our key systems.

Six & Flow have been an exceptional and invaluable partner in supporting our transition from our legacy CRM system to HubSpot, as well as integrating HubSpot with our ERP software. From the outset, the team at Six & Flow took the time to understand our existing processes and infrastructure. Their insights helped us optimise the way our teams—Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service—operate, with a tailored HubSpot setup and implementation that supports each function effectively. When it came to the integrating our CRM and ERP platforms, Lance was amazing! He navigated the nuances and complexities of our systems and data with expertise, developing effective workarounds where needed—all while clearly communicating solutions and explaining aspects to our team effectively (all with little to no development background!). Lance went above and beyond whilst supporting us on this project. Communication throughout was seamless - the team used project management tools (Click-Up), regular check-ins, and timely email updates to keep everything running smoothly. During the project, we experienced a transition in our CS contact from Danielle to Dean which was managed with without disruption. Both Danielle and Dean were consistently supportive, responsive, and invested in the project's success. A particular highlight of working with Six & Flow was their commitment to educating and empowering our internal team. Through detailed training sessions and collaborative project work, we developed the skills and confidence to use every aspect of HubSpot - enhancing our business and our day-to-day.
