Salesforce to HubSpot migration

Zoho CRM to HubSpot Migration

We completed a data migration from our old CRM system (Zoho) to the new one (HubSpot) using Syncmatters as a third-party tool and we were really satisfied. The support team was highly responsive and professional throughout the project, and the software’s interface was intuitive and easy to use, e.g. for doing field mapping. One of the few challenges we encountered was connecting all three tools while working within our SSO and security guidelines, but this was ultimately resolved with the provider’s help. Overall, the migration process was handled with great expertise, and we would absolutely recommend this solution to others.

HubSpot to HubSpot - seamless + incredible support

We had to migrate an old HubSpot account into an existing HubSpot account and incredibly there is no way to achieve this within HubSpot itself. And you can't do a manual export/import as not all objects - for example emails - are exportable. So if you want a comprehensive like-for-like export you have to use a migration service like this. Having experimented with a few options and read lots of reviews I settled on using SyncMatters. It was easy to use, with incredibly configurable mapping options and, most importantly, world-class support. Genuinely incredible. It didn't seem to matter what time it was, there was always someone there ready to help. And unlike other support functions the support operators were all genuine experts who could diagnose problems, offer advice, answers and technical solutions, even take control and perform operations on your behalf. I was incredibly impressed. And following an issue where our old database was still being accidentally updated, SyncMatters helped us to solve that problem within a few minutes. And to top it all, it's incredibly good value for money. Whilst this functionality should be built into HubSpot, it's not, so I'd 100% recommend this as a solution.

The best import support I ever experienced. Salesforce to HubSpot!

Before we chose to change our CRM system from Zoho CRM to Salesforce, our company had only experienced unprofessional import consultants, both from third-party companies and from Salesforce directly. I had to work through everything myself and needed to understand the entire process of migrating data from CSV to Salesforce. The most difficult part was importing notes and tasks, along with the corresponding created dates and responsible users. As a result, we lost a lot of data, and no one could replicate it for us. After six months, we canceled our contract because we realized that Salesforce is not a smart CRM solution and that its development state is stuck in 2010. We then conducted our research and figured out that HubSpot is currently the best scalable sales solution, featuring smart functionalities and numerous API interfaces compared to other options on the market. When I knew I had to face another data import, I was already afraid it would not end well or would become too complex. Then came Syncmatters. Everything was easy to configure; the mapping was smart and totally logical. They even offered a free sample migration. But the best part of all was their support. I mostly worked with Lucy, who helped me even late at night. Even after we had paid for our import, I realized that some data hadn't been mapped correctly. She took action and corrected everything for us in the background—for free. I didn't need to do anything else because she handled everything. Honestly, this was the best support experience I have ever had in changing and migrating systems, and their approach was very honest and helpful.
