Add a new Integration in Flame

To send contacts from your wifi experience to your HubSpot account you need to go on the menu on the right side and click Settings on Flame App. Then you need to add a new Integration (HubSpot).

Accept Integration Permissions

Follow next steps and accept integration permissions to connect Flame with HubSpot. At this point all the contact you make with Wifi will also appear in HubSpot.

Create your Wifi Experience

The Captive Portal is a personalized Login page through which your business visits must “pass” before being able to connect to the Wi-Fi network. The client arrive at the store, selects the network and connects with one of their social profiles or through a completely configurable form.

Start getting contacts. Grow your crm database

With Flame you get demographic data (you can know your customers age, gender, city, postal code...) and also contact information (name, email, telephone...). A really seful information that you can use in your marketing campaigns or newsletters. Increase your client’s database and your community.

All the contacts obtained through the Wifi Experience will be automatically incorporated into your HubSpot CRM and you will be able to contact them in a personalized way and at the right moment.
