Couldn't setup task integration between Jira and HubSpot
Integrately seems like a well written integration platform that ALMOST allowed us to connect two apps (HubSpot and Jira) but in the end couldn't be configured using their out of the box synchronization tools. The problem came down to HubSpot using key values that couldn't be compared against Jira issues by picking field values thru the Integrately interface.
Wanted to setup two-way integration of tasks between Jira and HubSpot.
Support for ability to connect to a large number of systems out of the box Straight forward UX/UI for mapping fields in disparate systems against each other.
Was ALMOST able to connect to HubSpot tasks to Jira issues but couldn't due to the need to a common key for looking up tasks and the unique internal ID assigned to tasks has no counterpart in Jira.
