HS Onboarding

Overall the onboarding process for HubSpot was very seamless, and Alex did a great job providing support! We were transitioning to HubSpot from a different CRM, so our main concern was just making sure we got all our data transferred correctly and efficiently. She altered our training schedule based on our needs and timeline, always walked us through each step of the way, and answered ANY questions we had with such ease. I would always come with a list of questions or concerns I had, and Alex knew exactly what to do every time. I could not say better things about Alex and the onboarding process!

Open Flow has a great team!

We recently had OpenFlow help us with our HS onboarding and it was an awesome experience. Considering we are taking more of a ABM/ABS approach to our outbound sales efforts, we needed a different way to use HS than the traditional spray and pray approach. Their team was able to give me guidance and insights on the best way to use HubSpot's ABM tools and align them to our strategy. They didn't take a cookie cutter approach to our onboarding process but took the time to understand the type of help we needed to ensure we used our sessions for what we needed. I appreciate their help and wanted to thank the OpenFlow team, especially Alex for their help every step of the way.

Great Job with Onboarding

As a smaller organization within a big company, building a sales team, we needed a CRM. This was my first time using HubSpot, and the team really helped me understand it better. Andre was very patient, was available, and was very helpful with answering my questions.
