Outstanding work. Incredible team. I highly recommend Processology!

I am the Head of Marketing at an early-stage B2B SaaS company and we use HubSpot Marketing and Sales Hub. For years we were simply "patch-working" our HubSpot workflows and automations so our Marketing Hub was a mess. We had hundreds of workflows created just to help assign leads to the right sales person and to create marketing reports. I didn't even know where to start in terms of creating streamlined and smart workflows that are scableable. I reached out to Processology and within one week knew we had found the right team. Michael had such a deep understanding, not only of the HubSpot platform, but of how marketing and sales operations actually work within a SaaS organization. He and his team developed very intelligent processes by which we could more effectively and efficiently capture, assign and report on MQLs and revenue generated by Marketing leads. Because of Processology, we now a few workflows that replaced dozens of our own, we have one universal lead capture form that provides a much better customer and sales rep experience and our sales territories are set up in a way that allows us to make changes easily as our sales team expands and territory assignments shift. We also have our entire process documented so we can refer back to it and reassess the whole process, as needed, rather than continuing to create "band-aid" solutions. If you need Husbpot work done, this is the company to use! The cost is so reasonable for the incredible work they do and the customer experience is wonderful. Speaking with Michael each week was so refreshing and uplifting. We are operating with a new level of confidence and a whole less frustration because of how they've reworked our operations. Last - don't skip out on the process calls and jump straight into execution. The team at Processology knows what they are doing . . . go through their process and you're sure to have a successful project. We will be working with Processology on some large CRM initiatives as well because the impressive work they did on our Marketing project.
