Sync data between ShipStation and HubSpot without manual data entry or messy, time-consuming imports.
Here’s what you get with Data Sync by HubSpot:
- One-way sync: Data is shared between ShipStation and HubSpot in real time. Due to ShipStation's nature, this cannot work as a two-way sync.
- Default field mappings: Set-up is quick with out-of-the-box field mappings already created for you
- Historical syncing: Your existing data will sync right away, and updates will sync as they happen

Sync ShipStation and HubSpot data
Make manual data entry a thing of the past by syncing data from ShipStation to HubSpot. When records are created or updated in ShipStation, that information will be automatically shared or enriched in HubSpot.

Custom field mappings
Custom field mappings are available with Operations Hub Starter or up. Custom mappings add the flexibility to create your own mappings or make changes to your default ones.

Notification if shipped
It is no different than QB online integration without the shipping status and tracking information as well.
I would use it for everything customer wise if there was tracking integration.

Does not map across any shipping or tracking information
We use ShipStation for shipping. We want to pull across ‘shipping’ information from ‘ShipStation’. But this app doesn't provide this at all. It only provides contact information, which we already source from any other e-commerce connection. I'm sorry, but I just cannot see any point of a shipping provider creating an integration app for HubSpot, that doesn't provide shipping information?
We use ShipStation for shipping.
