Andrew och Floww Digital-teamet har varit fantastiska. HubSpot Onboarding

Vi arbetade med Floww Digital på vår HubSpot onboarding och de har varit till stor hjälp. Processen var tydlig och gjorde det mycket enklare att komma igång. Becca var fantastisk att arbeta med, alltid glad att svara på frågor och dela med sig av sina användbara tips! Skulle definitivt rekommendera Floww Digital i framtiden.

Jag kan verkligen inte klaga på Andrew och teamet. Svaren kommer alltid i rätt tid och de fortsätter att leta efter sätt att förfina processerna, vilket säkerställer att kommunikationen är tydlig och väl hanterad. Införandet av deras helpdesk och förfrågningsformulär har gjort det ännu enklare att arbeta med dem. Det är en sömlös, professionell upplevelse från början till slut.

Snabb respons och bra service som alltid

Jag hade skickat en fråga till Andrew och istället för att bara svara på e-postmeddelandet gick han ur vägen för att filma en video av problemet jag hade på HubSpot och ett visuellt steg för steg hur man löser det. Han svarar alltid snabbt och går utöver för att se till att jag känner mig säker på att använda systemet.

Andrew and his team at Floww Digital were absolutely brilliant in building a CRM system completely tailored to the work we do at Football Careers. Andrew rolled out an in depth training schedule to ensure we were filled trained on how to get the best out of the system. Even after this was complete, Andrew was so helpful with any questions we had, often showing us how to do certain things in a video format. I would highly recommend Floww Digital to anyone looking to create a bespoke CRM system tailored to their business.

Great Training and Follow Up

The level of support from Floww Digital is excellent and if I have had some training the follow up with a quick loom of how things are done step by step is incredibly helpful to me.

Constructive and Engaging

Had a 1 hour intro training with Andrew. The focus was on the CRM system. We focussed on the basics for 'Contacts', 'Companies', and 'Deals'. Andrew took the time to talk through each aspect and provided info that was easy to understand. The session was constructive and engaging with room for Q&A throughout. I will be booking my next session with Andrew soon since I believe it is the best way to get up to speed with everything regarding HubSpot.

Super responsive, nothing is ever too much! Seamless onboarding and helps when we're offline - shares quick demo explainer videos for questions I have outside of our onboarding hours. Simply amazing! Love working with both Andrews.
