Good tool, saves a lot of time. Needs more data coverage.

We inherited a HubSpot portal that had zero governance for like 2-3 years. I tried running custom reports to catch data issues but it was just too manual. Plugged Audit Fox in last week. Its pretty fast to set up. It scanned our contacts, deals, and workflows and flagged a bunch of things i suspected was broken. The scoring seems fair. We got a 58 so clearly we have work to do. It’s not solve all your ops problems overnight but for a free tool right now its a good sanity check before our 2026 planning.

The automatic risk classification is actually useful. It separates critical issues, which helps me prioritize what to fix first since we have limited ops bandwidth. Being able to drill down into specific deal stages was good. It covers the standard objects well enough, though honestly I wish it included custom objects or deeper property analysis already.

Need more coverage for objects and properties. Also, you can view previous audit reports, but there isn't really a way to track the trend line over time. I’d prefer a visualization widget that just shows me if our data hygiene is trending up or down without leaving the app.
