Not user friendly or intuitive for casual user

The interface was not very intuitive and when I realized after creating the form several fields needed to be remapped, it wouldn’t allow me to change so had to delete and re add the field creating more work.

The app is really user friendly and I enjoy it's feature of giving feedback to my clients straight away, a reason I began using forms.app in the first place. It measures answers on a scale and allows me to feedback what this means immediately.

sometimes it's hard to know which form I have duplicated because it puts a (1) at the end of the file name instead of at the beginning + would like to see more of the file name of form before editing
