When someone buys a ticket through SimpleTix, their information can be added to HubSpot automatically. If a contact with that email does not already exist, SimpleTix creates one using available details like name, email, and phone number. This helps event organizers avoid manual CSV uploads and keep attendee data in their CRM.

Tag synced buyers with a contact note

SimpleTix adds a note to newly created HubSpot contacts identifying them as a SimpleTix ticket buyer. This gives organizers quick context inside HubSpot and makes it easier to recognize contacts created from ticket purchases for follow-up and audience management.
