Very basic integration & no way to differentiate between different waiver forms

We found that the set up was quick and done by the Waiver Master team which was great, but you cannot make edits yourself, everything must be done by their support team. We also found that the integration with HubSpot is limited to contact data only and there appears to be no way to differentiate between forms. So if you have two events running on the same day you can't see a list of people from each location. If you collect marketing consent via this form, this data is not brought into HubSpot. All contacts are marked as non-marketing by default. Raising questions regarding this have not been answered in a timely matter if at all.

Waiver of Liability forms at events

If you have one form limited to contact data only eg. Name address email then this option may work for you.

Not being able to make your own edits to text and to integrate custom questions or marketing contact status are the biggest roadblocks for us.
