We also really appreciated Cait’s thoughtful organization—she set up a shared Google Drive from the very beginning, where she stored recordings of our meetings and training sessions along with helpful resources. We needed some serious RevOps + HubSpot help to assess what had to be done, prioritize, and then go execute. Cait and Jordan were rockstars and a huge help. We ended up adding a ton of additional work onto our agreement as the quality was really good and well worth it compared to trying to figure it out ourselves. We were able to get trained up on all of the on-going hygiene and how to use the HubSpot capabilities to the fullest extent. They also helped connect a lot of 3rd party apps and work on the configration and mapping. ZeroBounce, Apollo, etc. A++ service.
