We have worked with Future Perform over the last couple of months to onboard and implement HubSpot CRM. They have been reliable, efficient and great people to work with. From the beginning, we had a clear path to implementation laid out for us and we now have something that is far superior to anything we have ever had before. The team have been a pleasure to work with, from regular online meetings to responsive email feedback to any queries we've had. I have no hesitation in recommending the team.

Exactly what we needed

I've worked with some of the folks at Future Perform (Mitch) before and knew exactly what to expect when we engaged with them to set up a Lead Scoring funnel in our CRM. They take a truly consultative approach and the whole process felt like we'd co-designed something that fits our needs perfectly. Venkat's documentation is also a thing of beauty. I'll be taking it on my holiday to have a read by the pool... Wouldn't hesitate to strongly recommend and hope to engage with Future Perform again in the future as our MQL machine matures.

The facelift we needed

Although I wasn’t as hands-on with this project as some others on our team, I still had plenty of exposure to the process, and to the Future Group team, and I can’t speak highly enough of the experience. Flawless Webflow-to-HubSpot Migration with Measurable ROI

I was genuinely apprehensive about moving our website from Webflow to HubSpot. Excellent migration from Zoho to HubSpot

I had worked with some of the guys here before and when I joined Kefron they were using Zoho which wasn’t very user friendly nor great at analysing pipelines, forecasting, planning etc etc so I knew I had to get back in touch and see if they could sort us out too. Mitch Richards was straight on it and without telling us we need HubSpot and ‘upselling’ he gave us a ‘health check’ and if it turns out we didn’t need it then he would suggest how to improve what we already use - a trait that you don’t see too often. Turns out we very much did need HubSpot! Himself and colleagues built a plan and timeline of projects and all went swimmingly and department by department was up and running on schedule. The ceo also joined calls occasionally which again, you don’t see often! Migrating from Zoho via these guys has made my company so much more efficient in every department and has got rid of the guessing game and now we have full visibility of everything going on - all tailored to what we wanted with some brilliant suggestions on best practices from the guys here. I’d highly recommend them to everyone that wants to make the jump and make their life easier.

Future Perform spent time, understanding our requirements, using a holistic approach, and designing a CRM platform capable of handling our business tailored specifically for us. A comprehensive approach where design considerations were integrated from the initial concept through to the final product and project completion, enabling growth within the sectors we required. The team spent time training our users and building reporting structure for senior management with attention to detail.
