Our company came to HetmanOps with a request to migrate to HubSpot from an outdated CRM. At the same time, we were restructuring our sales and marketing departments, so we didn't even have a final understanding of the new data architecture we wanted. Plus, we had a problem with data pollution in the old CRM. And although we knew that HubSpot was a good CRM, we didn't know its full functionality. In general, the migration task was not the easiest for our contractors, but they did an excellent job! Maximum attention to detail (and patience with the number of amendments from our side!), assistance in drawing up technical specifications for migration that would fully cover all our CRM needs, flawless implementation of these technical specifications, and support in all matters after implementation.
