Symitar to HubSpot Migration

We worked with Integrate IQ to migrate our data from Symitar into HubSpot, and they made the whole process so much easier than we expected. Symitar data isn’t the simplest to work with, but their team really knew what they were doing and made sure everything was set up the right way for us in HubSpot. They were quick to answer questions, super easy to work with, and made sure we felt confident every step of the way. Now we’ve got clean data in HubSpot that our team can actually use, and it’s already making a big difference. Would definitely recommend Integrate IQ if you need help connecting or moving data into HubSpot!

On behalf of the Travers team, I want to share our appreciation for Integrated IQ and the incredible support they’ve provided throughout our HubSpot journey. As the HubSpot admin for Travers, I encountered significant challenges a few months ago with incorrect data being loaded—most notably, incorrect associations, which were causing major issues in our marketing workflows. The Integrated IQ team quickly stepped in and developed a customized script to clear up and correctly re-establish these associations. They also helped us load new properties with proper backfilling, corrected inaccurate data, and even accommodated some of our more unique requirements—such as setting up a separate daily sync for certain properties that weren’t tied to deal creation. Their responsiveness has been exceptional. Nolan, in particular, has consistently gotten back to us quickly and joined calls at short notice whenever urgent issues arose. Both Brett Larson and Nolan Boner have been a true blessing to our team, delivering solutions with professionalism, speed, and precision. We’re grateful for their expertise and dedication. We've partnered with Integrate IQ for over five years to develop integrations between our complex and not-so-widely-known ERP. They understand HubSpot's strengths, weaknesses and limitations, and are able to easily adapt to our evolving needs. They had an ownership change a few years ago, but that did not impact their expertise/service. We really appreciate our relationship with IIQ and recommend them to anyone looking to embed HubSpot deeper into their organization's systems.

Integrate IQ has been great to work with! As someone who can be intimidated when things get too technical, they made the process of outlining our integration very approachable and understandable. They're great to work with and built the integration that we asked for, and then continued to work with us to fine-tune the tool over time as we figured out exactly what we needed.

Fast, Affordable Integrations with top notch service

We have worked with integrate IQ a little over a year and a half now and I could not recommend them more. We were trying to find a vendor to help integrate HubSpot to our property management system, Entrata, and every vendor was either two expensive or didn't seem to have the capability to do what we wanted. Not only was Integrate IQ up to the task, they made it super simple and got us up and running very quickly! It sounds too good to be true, but trust me it isn't! As our needs have evolved they've served us so well, tweaking our integration and adding new fields. They have quick, attentive customer service and it has not only been a pleasure to work with them but this integration has fundamentally changed our ability to do business in HubSpot seamlessly!
