This company has no support and unavailable , do not purchase any subscriptions from them as you will be billed indefinitely with no way to cancel.

Horrific

The tool didn't work. Due to poor design I accidentally signed up for a subscription. I was in contact to try and resolve this and i was met by hostility and passive aggressiveness by the sole founder and operator, Walter. I have asked to cancel several times, with my emails continuing to be ignored since. I have disputed the transactions, and yet they continue to be taken from my account every month. Don't bother with this scam.

Terrible support, beware you can't cancel after subscribing.

I am being charged monthly for the last 5 months with no interaction to the tool at all. I try to contact via e-mail and via Whatsapp and they just don't reply and don't solve my problem. I needed to cancel my credit card so they would not charge anymore. A waste of money, and the company steals from you monthly even if you ask to cancel the services. Simply the worst experience I ever had with any kind of integration. Beware!

Whatsapp Integration

Really disappointed at the level of assistance or lack thereof, we're new clients struggling to get Whatsapp & HubSpot to work together. A seemingly simple thing that is meant to save us time has sadly become a fulltime annoyance. Would someone from Support please engage with our issue and help us?
