Comprehensive onboarding

Mo Agency provided a comprehensive onboarding for us and the team felt much more aware of all the various features of HubSpot as a result of working with Mo Agency. That said, initially we found it tricky to get an appointment to get started, and I did have the idea that we'd get more out of the onboarding. I expected that we'd have a full pre-sales system up and running at the end of it, and instead we had a general understanding of the platform. I think both Daniella and Wesley communicated clearly and were very helpful and knowledgeable. I believe there was just a gap in the internal comms at the Agency, where sales didn't manage our expectations accordingly (hence perhaps coming in with an unrealistic expectation). Overall my team is much better off having gone through this onboarding and I thank Mo Agency for taking us through it.
