Moblize.it provided excellent services in our ongoing HubSpot project implementation. This required to migrate from our legacy systems and to streamline our marketing automations. We had a a large number of workflows that required to be optimized and deactivate unused flows. We also had requirements to do SOC2 compliance of our systems including HubSpot. The efforts to analyze all the data and object for PII and PHI compliance was done thoroughly. It was executed in a timely manner with good quality. Due to multiple legacy systems and other sales channels, there were data quality issues that caused us loss in revenue. This was addressed to our satisfaction and is an ongoing effort.

Nailed our data quality issues

We engaged Moblize.it to deal with massive account duplication issues in our HubSpot instance. Our sales reps continued to import company data without domains and this was becoming hard to managed. Moblize.it team understood the requirements well, cleaned up existing entries and also helped us with the import templates and training to prevent this happening in the future. Highly recommended and will hire them again.

Great integration partner

I was looking for an affordable HubSpot partner to help us integrate iCapture with HubSpot for an upcoming marketing event. As we use Salesforce for managing the Sales pipeline, we needed an expert who understands not just iCapture and HubSpot but HubSpot and Salesforce integrations as well. Moblize.it was very quick to respond and proactively helped us validate end to end in an incredibly short timeline. They also monitored the activities throughout the event to ensure everything was functioning correctly. Post event, they pointed us to a few serious issues in our HubSpot setup that were costing us money and potentially poorly performing campaigns.

HubSpot Salesforce integration and marketing automation

Moblize.it engaged with us for a large HubSpot Salesforce project. We needed to have a bidirectional sync between marketing and sales to ensure proper lead attribution and ability to understand the ROI of closed deals using marketing efforts. Multiple vendors were involved with no one understanding HubSpot as well as Salesforce side of business. Moblize.it cleared up a year long running mess by resolving all the issues very quickly. This let us kick out all other vendors and saving huge cost and time. We again involved them for auditing of our HubSpot setup after a migration of Wordpress sites to HubSpot. Highly recommended.
