We have now been working with MW Digital for over 4 months. When we first began working together, our CRM was disorganised and lacked a clear structure for how website pages, forms, emails and workflows functioned altogether to create the user experience. Our use case is an online education institution seeking to utilise HubSpot to manage their marketing and admissions process. With Matt onboard, we have managed to create efficiencies in our processes and simplify many of the user journeys. Matt is an extremely strong solutions architect of whom is able to automate complex processes and make them easy to use and follow. During the project, Matt has implemented solutions that leverage all of HubSpot's different hubs. Namely, he has built complex workflows, developed website pages, emails and forms, implemented our Knowledge Base and Chatbot, and worked on projects in our Membership portal. Matt communicates and documents his solutions well - he will often share video walkthroughs of his solutions so that all stakeholders have a future point of reference to follow.
