Daniel at Next Chapter was fundamental in the move from our old, disorganised CRM to HubSpot. Every step of the process was guided by Daniel. From organising our spreadsheets to uploading the content and editing the duplications to multiple training sessions across our teams. Once we were fully implemented onto HubSpot it did not stop there. Daniel called us frequently to make sure we were getting on ok, he ran calls with HubSpot and ourselves to see what else we could be doing. Our teams actually thought Daniel worked at HubSpot. In terms of marketing elements Daniel showed us how to create emails, workflows, forms, Ads and website popups. Without Daniel's guidance I would not have the confidence and ability I have with HubSpot today.
