Working so closely with Emma Milnamow over the first days of our project immediately put me at ease. What seemed to me to be an obfuscated mountain-top-of-a-project, Emma had broken down to quite manageable pitches that made sense and I could actually achieve. Then, everything changed...not on Emma's side, but on my side of the project. We are still in the middle of our CRM migration from three separate systems into HubSpot, and the journey so far has been smooth thanks to Kevin Sundeen our lead partner and Timothy Shephard. What we are attempting to do is complicated, bringing in all our systems to have one source of data, the "truth" that we can all work from, and the team from Salted Stone instantly understands what we are trying to do and how to make it work. They also understand the importance of making it easy for the end user, so that they want to use the system, finding the simplest solutions for them. I will give another review once the project is complete, but wanted to share what it is like "knee-deep" in the process. The responsiveness, problem-solving is better than I could have ever hoped for in a partner.
We've been with Salted Stone for just over two years at the time of writing this review. The experience has been fantastic. To steal a quote from a famous marketer, "You'll pay more then you could, but you'll get more than you pay for." The S2 team is a true partner that embeds themselves within you operation. Our team reaches for a lot of goals that exceed our in-house capabilities. S2 always comes through with the expertise we need to help us reach our goals. Unlike other agencies we've worked with in the past, our account team at S2 has been very stable. They do not rotate core team members frequently which can be painful when new team members have to learn your account. When that happens, you feel like you have to start from scratch to get someone up to speed. Lastly, their bandwidth and expertise is very broad. They've been able to deliver on most of the requests we'e thrown at them and they do it with ease. Highly recommend!
