Fantastic for Implementation Understanding!

Worked with William Waithe (onboarding specialist) and his team on the implementation of our new HubSpot seats within our organization. William was able to clearly articulate and walk us through the process to get us set up. Now we can add contacts, set up work flows, run campaigns and grow our business with logical precision in how we manage our internal processes. Definitely worth the time, energy and expense. I cant imagine being this far along 2 months in without their guidance. Highly recommend for users who would like to jump start their setup and train key employees on implementation processes.

Onboarding with Set 2 Close was great

The onboarding program was really helpful. The online meetings with William Waithe provided great insight on how to use HubSpot. The Sidekick plugin was really helpful for guidance outside of the online meetings. I would definitely recommend Set 2 Close to anyone new to HubSpot.

Set2Close has been instrumental in refining our operational efficiency. Jeremy’s guidance has helped us transition from relying solely on Slack notifications to utilizing robust custom reports and dashboards for tracking team activities, providing clear visibility into performance metrics like deal velocity, cash spending, and content delivery rates. They successfully restructured our workflow, redesigning client dashboards within Notion to function as a sales pipeline and establishing clear ownership and permission structures across our team. Thanks to their expertise, we now have sophisticated reporting on email flow performance, lead journeys, and a detailed sales leaderboard, giving us the data necessary to understand our business functions and strategically plan long-term initiatives, including the development of our loyalty program.

Great Experience with Set 2 Close

Set2Close has been a tremendous help in getting our team aligned on using a CRM. A part of our team had never used a CRM before, and the platform’s trackability, activity logging, and in-app calling features were fantastic for ensuring everyone got on the same page. We love using templates for emails, which makes communication faster and more uniform across all teams. The ability to easily use tasks and send out email templates has significantly increased our efficiency and sped up our sales cycle. Overall, we are very pleased with Set2Close; they have been instrumental in setting up our CRM and have been great about answering all our questions. We loved working with them!

Overall, the training has been very beneficial. HubSpot is a great tool with a lot of abilities. Jeremy was very helpful in explaining and showing us how to use HubSpot, and with his guidance, we were able to clean up and categorize our account effectively. We are very pleased with the experience and look forward to building out automations, workflows, reportings, and native integrations in the future.
