Having worked with Eli and team on various projects I would not go anywhere else. Whether it is cleaning and making use of inherited systems or implementing a new system they know what they are doing. They are aware of emerging tech before it is mainstream and the problem it can solve with integrations or even within the HubSpot ecosystem itself. They are very quick to understand the nuances of a customers requirements which is essential, however some of their competitors forget this.

Excellent HubSpot support from Uspeh

We engaged Uspeh almost a year ago to support us with our HubSpot. Our system had been set up around 5 years ago and no longer reflected the way we operate today. Working with Eli, Kalina and their team, we initially focused on cleansing our data, implementing reporting / dashboards / workflows and setting up email marketing. Over the past year, we have continued working together on smaller ad-hoc tasks and projects as we are regularly upgrading and refining different areas of our HubSpot. Uspeh have been great to work with and have genuinely gone above and beyond in their support. A great example of this was with our email marketing. Initially, we just asked them to import and segment our data and build the workflows. However, when we experienced a low open rates, we asked Eli for some advice. She reviewed our content and structure and shared a few recommendations. After implementing her suggestions, we booked 21 meetings in just one week from the e-marketing! I thoroughly enjoy working with Eli, Kalina and their team. Their support has not only saved us a huge amount of time but has upgraded the way we work and helped bring in leads. Whenever we reach out, they are always on hand to support where necessary. HubSpot can be confusing and often complicated, so having the advice, recommendations and knowledge of experts is needed and reassuring.
