Paul and the team at UX Digital have been great to work with. They have helped us with onboarding since we moved over to HubSpot in January 2019, and are designing a new website for us on the HubSpot CMS. Professional & Seamless Integration

I'm a huge fan of UX Digital! I was very anxious at the point of purchase and was looking for a certified HubSpot partner to guide us through this complex transition - UX Digital didn't disappoint. We are one of the fastest online venue directories, (www.search4venues.co.uk) a seamless sales process is incredibly important to us, and the UX Digital team offered regular support at every stage of our onboarding process and continue to grow our online presence with Social media strategy and are fully immersed in automating all of our sales and marketing efforts. They have been onsite supporting & training our team so all departments have a thorough understanding of the whole process. As always when purchasing software it can be daunting, we now know it was the right decision and feel confident in the experience UX Digital have created for all of our users.

Knowledgeable, professional, and friendly

UX Digital initially designed and implemented our company website. We knew what we wanted to say but, as a team of developers, really didn't know how to translate that in to a well structured and legible website. They did a fantastic job in both design and recommending content improvements. We're very pleased with the result. UX Digital are now supporting us in developing HubSpot for our requirements, we're already seeing impressive results and look forward to developing our CRM and Marketing capabilities in the future.

Asset to our HubSpot journey!

We've been using Paul since we started our onboarding process with HubSpot. He was vital in our set up as we were beginners with the CRM. Personally, as a point of contact he's been quick to respond (weekends and evenings, sorry!) and his tips and tricks have been crucial in getting us up and running. If he didn't know something straight away he'd be back with the answer without the need to escalate with HubSpot. Would highly recommend!

Brilliant HubSpot advice

UX digital have been helping us for just under a year now, and they have been instrumental in making sure we're using HubSpot effectively and getting the very most out of every feature. Always on hand for any quick queries, and completely flexible to help out in person, I'm confident that had we tried to tackle setting up all the many functions of our HubSpot package ourselves we would certainly be in a bit of a mess. Working with UX Digital
