Could not recommend both Leo and Helena more

We’ve had such a great experience working with Léo Jacqueline and Helena Schmidt. They helped us take our business from a basic, manual setup to a super-organized, fully automated CRM in HubSpot. Our business has a lot of unique client needs, and as we got into mapping everything out, we realized the project was way bigger than any of us expected. Léo and Helena went with it and helped us build a system that works for us. We are now fine-tuning the details. As both had two very different roles: Léo Jacqueline: Léo was incredibly helpful and really thought outside the box. Since our business doesn't fit into a standard CRM mold, his creative solutions outside of HubSpot settings were a total lifesaver. Helena Schmidt: Helena is our absolute go-to for training, day to day solutions help and planning, including suggestions to help ease workflow you dont even know is possible. She was always there for us during the build and remains super responsive, unflappable and reliable for anything we need at any time of day when I was on a deadline. Taking nearly a year to revamp everything definitely came with some stressful moments, but we got through them with communication, patience, some frustrations and laughs along the way.
