We recently worked with Corina on a full HubSpot CRM setup and training engagement, and the experience was absolutely outstanding from start to finish. From the Discovery & Planning phase, Corina took the time to truly understand our needs through a series of well-organized meetings. She guided us in providing the necessary data samples and clearly documented custom fields, access roles, and team structures with precision. The CRM implementation was seamless. Corina handled everything - from importing and cleansing our data to configuring custom fields and ensuring our non-HubSpot website was correctly tracking leads. She thoughtfully customized the CRM interface, removed duplicates, and streamlined how we create and manage contacts, companies, deals, and tickets. In the Sales Hub setup, Corina went above and beyond. What truly stood out was how she helped us Build Our Sales Process - by customizing our dashboard, setting us lead statuses, filters, automation, and even setting up templates, forms, and sequences that we’re now using daily. Finally, the Training component was exceptional - a training deck, links to curated HubSpot Academy content and a personalized loom video to help me troubleshoot.
