They helped us navigate a tricky HubSpot limitation: "hs_createdate" is a system field and can’t be edited after record creation, even via API. They clearly explained the constraint, proposed a practical workaround using a custom “Original Create Date” property, and outlined options for securely backfilling historical data (API-based and/or CSV where possible). Communication was clear, they documented assumptions and dependencies (especially around ID matching between HubSpot deals and Salesforce opportunities), and they were mindful about avoiding another risky sync configuration. Overall, strong HubSpot knowledge, good problem-solving, and a structured approach.
