How HeyOrca connects to your account
We only collect the necessary items listed below to preview your HubSpot newsletters in your HeyOrca account. All data flows one way, from HubSpot into HeyOrca. We don't modify, edit or create any changes within your HubSpot account.
Content scopes to generate the following:
Newsletter and email content (subject line and body, scheduled date and time, newsletter status)
Recipient count and engagement metrics (open and click-through rates)
Related marketing assets your account may use — blog posts, landing pages, sites, CTAs, and campaigns
We do not access or store your newsletter recipients' email addresses.
Basic Account information:
Company / your HubSpot profile name
Primary domain
Hub ID (portal ID)
Email addresses of users on your HubSpot account — used to identify who's connecting and managing content, not your subscribers
